As a Health Psychologist & Certified Health Coach, I recognize that most individuals know exactly what they need to do to improve their health, whether it is to lose weight, reduce stress, stick to an exercise routine, or follow physician recommendations. However, actually following through and taking action, or maintaining action for a lifetime, is an ongoing struggle for many people.
